my order?
Enter the tracking number we sent you by email when your order shipped to see its current status.
Check the number: it usually contains letters and numbers, with no spaces.
Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven't received the number, your order is still being prepared.

1. We confirm your order
As soon as you make your purchase, you will receive an email with the summary. Keep it: your order number is in there.

2. We prepare it
We are preparing your NIXEL in its box. It usually takes between 1 and 4 business days.

3. It's on its way
We have sent you an email with your tracking number. It may take a couple of days to show updates: this is normal.

4. It arrives at your door
Delivery takes between 8 and 21 business days depending on your country. If something goes wrong, write to us and we will fix it.

When will I receive the tracking number?
When your order ships, usually between 1 and 4 business days after purchase. You will receive it by email.
The number doesn't show any information, is that normal?
Yes. In the first few days, it may appear as "not found" or have no tracking updates until the carrier registers it. Check again in 2 or 3 days.
The tracking hasn't moved in days.
In international shipments, there are segments (for example, customs clearance or transit between countries) where tracking does not update. If more than 10 business days pass without any changes, write to us and we will look into it.
It says "delivered," but I don't have it.
Ask your neighbors and the concierge, and check your mailbox. If it doesn't turn up within 48 hours, write to us with your order number and we will open a claim with the carrier.
Can I change the shipping address?
Only if the order has not yet been shipped. Write to us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address.
