Return policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not, you can return it.
14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to return it without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer law (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
How to return an item
- Email hola.nixel@gmail.com with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the product in good condition, with all its accessories and, if possible, in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and check the product, we'll refund the amount paid, including the original standard shipping costs, within 14 days, using the same payment method. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the product is defective or not what you ordered.
Defective products
If your product arrives damaged or has a defect, email hola.nixel@gmail.com with a photo or video and we'll repair it, replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
