Terms and conditions

These terms govern purchases made in the NIXEL online store, owned by Alvaro Benitez Molina (Tax ID 53913811V, Carril de Santa Rosa, 4 · Andújar (Jaén), Spain).

1. Products and prices

Prices are shown in euros (or converted to your local currency) and include VAT where applicable. Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes at destination, paid by the customer. Shipping costs are shown before completing the purchase. Images are for guidance; we do our best to show the product accurately.

2. Ordering

To buy, add products to your cart, enter your details and complete the payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order summary, which constitutes acceptance of the contract.

3. Payment

Payment is made securely through the methods available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping

5. Withdrawal and returns

You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the purchase. See our return policy.

6. Warranty

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by consumer protection law.
